Either party may terminate services as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Certain provisions of these terms (including confidentiality and intellectual property) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
